We did pretty well on the birds today. They were really biting well. Had many bites but only managed to land four. Two Gulls and two Pelicans. They were good fighters but having the right rigs made landing them easy. The bird bait of choice was live Pilchards.

We also caught some fish. Cero Mackeral, Yellow jack, Jack Cravelle, BlackTip sharks, and a few other species were caught. None of these fish had the wingspan of the birds, but they still fought well. Kept a couple of the Ceros for David to try,

The birds were attacking our live bait which is why they kept getting caught. Major PIA. Even after getting caught they still hung around annoying us. Paintball guns anyone.
